We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide

your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this

information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping

experience.

Rules and Regulations

No Alcohol may be consumed by anyone else less than 21 years of age while in the limousine. Violation may result in early termination without refund.

NO SMOKING inside limousine. A $100 charge per incident will definitely be charged. No exceptions and no verbal warnings will be required by Keys Limo staff.

Clean-up fee for vomit in the limousine will be assessed on a per case basis of up to $250.

Ten dollars will be charged per broken or missing glassware.

One Hundred Dollar clean-up fee will be charged for excessive dirt and/or trash.

All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver with no refunds.

Keys Limo is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.

No illegal drug use will be tolerated.

Overtime will be billed in hourly increments at the contracted rate.

Customers understand that  in the event of any mechanical issues, a limousine may be substituted without notice or refund.

Clients release any and all rights to photos and films taken of them during their event to the Key West Party Company, LLC d/b/a/ Keys Limo.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by the the customer or their party members will be charged on their credit card at the rate of the repair.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be billed the total limousine charge without driver fee.

Cancellations made with greater than 14 days notice will be charged 50% of the total limousine charge without driver fee.
